For the best results, use both coverage techniques and dab off the excess.

Plan your makeup style. Do one or several trial makeup on yourself days before your special day. When choosing eye shadow colours and lipstick, take in to consideration how they will make you look in photos. Choose eye shadow colours that match your eye colour. If you decide to have more dramatic eye makeup, then it is necessary to tone down the colour of your lipstick. Add a touch of gloss in the middle of your lips for a luscious glow.

Now, let us start with the basic steps. As an initial step, always buy good quality beauty cosmetics. Apply a good moisturizer, as it plays a vital role in hydrating the skin prior to applying an eye makeup. After applying the moisturizer, give your skin some time to absorb it. After that, start with the makeup. For instance, you can wait for 10 to 20 minutes. After this, you can start up with the makeup primer.

Wedding celebrations may last all day long so make sure that the makeup will not disappear or fade before the wedding celebration ends. Applying a makeup primer is a must if you want to achieve a long-lasting makeup. Makeup primers are known to absorb oil --- allowing the makeup to look fresh all day long. Setting the foundation with a finishing powder helps the makeup stay on all day. Loose powders with oil-absorbing minerals work best in setting the makeup.

Choose the right shade of foundation. Choosing the wrong shade of foundation will turn the bride's head a different color than the rest of her body. To get the bride's perfect shade of foundation, apply some foundation on her jaw line since this is where the foundation ends and where the bride's neck begins. Her perfect shade of foundation should disappear on the skin of her jaw line.
